Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

Aim for approximately 4 cups of fruit, but this recipe is very flexible in terms of ratios and which fruits will work. Melons are a great option (watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe). Berries and stone fruit are also a great option, as long as you slice the fruit so that the vodka can easily bypass the skins. For a beautiful fruit salad, choose a variety of colors. You can also save time by purchasing precut fruit. You will need enough vodka to cover the fruit, so the quantity needed will depend on the size and shape of the bowl.
